Step 2: Mail Your Gold
1. After completing the form and clicking on the "Print a free label" button, a new link will appear. Click on it to view and print your free insured shipping label.
2. Affix your label with tape or glue to your own packing material. (bubbled envelopes are recommended)
3. Gather your gold items and place them in a Ziploc plastic bag.
4. Insert the gold filled plastic bag into your packing material and simply drop your package into any convenient U.S postal service mailbox near you.
Step 3: Receive Your Payment
You will immediately be informed via email when we receive your package, your package will then enter the processing stream and within 24 hours we will email you the cash offer for your gold.
  1. Reply to your offer with 'Accept' and a check will be mailed to you within 24 hours.

You will be given a USPS tracking number that you can use to check the status of your package, please visit www.usps.com and enter the number in the track & confirm box, or click on the tracking number link in the email confirmation that you received at sign up. more conveniently, you will receive an email once your package has been received.

How much gold can I send? Any minimum requirements?

How much will it cost me in shipping to send my gold to you?
Shipping is free. You will pay absolutely nothing. Your USPS shipping label is prepaid and valid for a period of 10 business days. You are under no obligation to use it.

What if my package gets damaged or lost in transit? Is it insured?
We will insure your package for up to $300. If your gold is valued above this rate, we recommend that you obtain additional insurance by visiting any post office station near you.

Will I be able to know how much you will pay me before receiving my check?
Absolutely yes. Once we finish processing the content of your shipment in our systems, we will email you the payment amount and ask you to simply reply to us with either accept or reject. If we don't receive your reply within 7 business days, we will then mail you a check.

What if I am not satisfied with the amount on my check? Can I still refuse it?
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the payment amount on your check, you must notify us immediately by calling 1-877-825-8346 or emailing customerservice@goldredemption.com. You must also return the non cashed or non deposited check to us by mail within 14 days from the date on the check, and we will return your items to you at our expense. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of the date on the check we sent you, the transaction will be final, and your items can no longer be returned to you.

Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions contained herein shall be legally binding on You ("Customer" or "You") as a user of this gold and platinum redemption services program (the "Program"). By using the Program, You are entering into an agreement that is subject to these terms and conditions with Gold Redemption Services, LLC, located at 2 West 45th Street, Suite 1605, New York, New York, 10036 ("We" or "Us"), and You recognize that We are fully liable for all claims, demands and the like under or in connection with the Program. In that connection, You recognize and understand that We will have access to any information submitted by You in connection with the Program which we will maintain and use in accordance with our privacy policy.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any new changes will be available on the website (services.goldredemption.com) and click on terms & conditions, and will go in effect as soon as they are posted online. The items that You send to Us under the Program are referred to herein collectively and individually as "Items."

Under the Program, We may purchase your Items for refining and not for resale. We will not pay for or return (except in connection with the return of entire Items in accordance with these terms and conditions) any non-precious metals in the Items. We do not purchase investment metals, timepieces or Items which are or appear to be new.

To send us an Item for analysis, You should print a mailing label available by following the directions on our website and mail your Item to Us as indicated on our website using a Label. If your package includes the Label, We will insure the package and its contents as provided below, and You can obtain additional insurance at your expense. Within 3 business days after We receive your package containing the Item You want Us to analyze, We will notify You by email (1) of our assessed value of the Item; and (2) whether and at what price We offer to purchase the Item from You. Our notice pursuant to the preceding sentence is the "Offer", and the date we send the Offer is the "Offer Date". If We do not offer to purchase any Item You submit, We will at our expense return your Item within 3 business days after receipt of your package.

If You accept the Offer, We will mail to You at the address You provide a check for the amount of the Offer. If you do not respond to the Offer, we will send you a reminder notice three business days after the Offer Date. You agree that if you do not respond to Our reminder notice within two business days, You will be deemed to have accepted the Offer, and We will mail to You at the address You provide a check for the amount of the Offer.

Requirements for Use
Every Customer must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Program. You must send Us the Items with a physical street return address. In addition, You must be the lawful owner of any Items sold and intended to be sold to Us without acting as agent and/or under authorization of the actual owner. In our sole discretion, We may at any time require proof of or compliance with the requirements set forth in this paragraph.
Guaranty against Loss
In the event that You ship your Items in accordance with the instructions and shipping procedures set forth by Us, then We will guaranty against loss of the total contents properly shipped to Us in accordance with the instructions and procedures established by Us and subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject any mail, envelope or package that appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with, and any such mail, envelope or package will be delivered to a common carrier to be returned to You. We shall have no liability to You for any such attempted delivery or return of any such Items.
Limitation of Liability
Neither We nor any party which recommends Us as a redemption service for gold or platinum will be liable for (a) any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, punitive damages, or loss of profit or opportunity; (b) claims, demands, or actions for any subrogation claim brought by your insurance carrier, and, by submitting Items to Us, You expressly and specifically waive any such subrogation claim as well as on the behalf of your insurance carrier. Your exclusive remedy with respect to any claim made under or in connection with the Program is and shall be expressly and specifically limited to a maximum of the least of the following sums:
  1. The liquidation value placed on the total contents by Us in our sole discretion;
  2. One third (1/3) of the appraised value of the contents according to an independent appraisal submitted by You to Us, which appraisal was issued prior to the shipment of the Items to Us; or
  3. Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00)
You expressly acknowledge and agree that if there is no appraisal which was issued prior to the contents being submitted, our stated liquidation value shall be conclusive and binding and further, in no event shall our liability exceed Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). By sending Items, You explicitly and expressly accept this limitation of liability.
Return Insurance Liability
We will insure any Items returned to You with a value, as determined by Us in our sole discretion, for the greater of $15.00 or two (2) times the appraised value up to $300 (regardless of whether and in what amount such Items were insured for when mailed by You). We will not insure any Items with a value of less than $15.00. We will, in our sole discretion, choose the return carrier, insurance and receipt verification method for each transaction. Except for such insurance obligation, We will have no liability whatsoever in connection with the return of any Items to You.
Insurance Limitation on Shipment
Items mailed to Us using a valid shipping label generated from services.goldredemption.com ("Label") are insured for a maximum value of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). If You feel that the Items sent to Us are worth more than $300, You can simply take your package to the nearest U.S postal service station and purchase insurance for a higher dollar value.
Waiting Period for a Claim
In order to make any claim related to this program you must contact Us at 1-877-825-8346 or email Us at customerservice@goldredemption.com. Each claim of loss shall be subject to a twenty (20) day waiting period so that We will have the opportunity to investigate such claim. Your failure to contact Us and provide supporting documentation shall result in a denial of claim.
Disclaimers and Notices
We do not evaluate or price collectibles, stones or any non-gold or non-platinum items (including gold-plated or platinum-plated items). We make no representations as to the taxability of the transaction(s) contemplated hereunder and You explicitly accept all responsibility for any tax liability resulting directly or indirectly from any transaction with Us.
Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims
This Agreement shall be governed by the local laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these terms and conditions will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the court shall modify said provision to effectuate the parties' intentions, and the other provisions set forth in these terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or in any manner related to the Program must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any such claim or cause of action must be filed in the State of New York. We shall be entitled to reimbursement for any and all costs incurred by Us in defending any civil action filed or attempted to be filed in any jurisdiction outside of the State of New York, including but not limited to, attorney's fees incurred by Us.
Customer's Acceptance of Transaction
Cashing or depositing your payment in a bank or financial institution will constitute an acceptance by You of the terms offered by Us and your acceptance of the Offer. At Such time this transaction will be final and the following paragraph will not apply.
Customer's Rejection of Transaction
Except as provided in the previous paragraph, if, for whatever reason, You decide to reject the payment amount offered by Us or cancel the transaction or an Offer, You must notify Us immediately by calling 1-877-825-8346 or emailing Us at customerservice@goldredemption.com. You must also return any non-cashed or non-deposited check to Us by mail so that it is postmarked within 14 business days from the date on the check, and We will return your Items to You. If We do not hear from You within 14 business days of the date on the check We sent to You, the transaction will be final, and your Items will not be returned to You.
